◆ Product quotation: The quotations of our products are all ex-factory prices (excluding tax, freight, and invoicing). Due to the unstable increase and decrease in the price of raw materials, if the product price is adjusted, the customer will not be notified before placing an order. Please confirm the price first.


◆ Delivery time: Under normal circumstances, we will deliver the product within 72 hours after you take the product. Due to the fast update of the product, during the period from order to delivery, the product you ordered may be out of stock. We will contact you in time and wait for your handling opinions. If there are no special requirements or we cannot contact you at that time, we will not notify you, therefore, please order in advance as far as possible according to the actual situation, so as not to arrange delivery immediately when in urgent need, and please forgive the inconvenience.

About logistics: our product quotation does not include logistics costs, logistics charges to the logistics quotation shall prevail. A large quantity of Debang logistics, can be delivered to the door, a small quantity of Zhongtong express, do not accept the designation, it is recommended that all buyers try to take the freight, freight self-lifting can save logistics costs. ◆ Receiving Standard: When the buyer carries the goods, please carefully check the goods in front of the personnel of the logistics and freight company. If the outer box is found to be seriously deformed, damaged, the sealing tape is broken and defective, the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious traces of being unpacked and opened, please unpack and check it face to face. If any error is found, the goods shall be settled through negotiation with the logistics company face to face. Otherwise, the goods will be accepted without objection.


◆ About return and exchange:

1. If the product leaves the factory quality problem, the goods can be returned and exchanged through negotiation, but the transportation cost shall be borne by the buyer. If the problem occurs after use, our factory will not bear any responsibility.

The returned freight shall be borne by the buyer. For quality problems, please contact our customer service for registration.
