After-sale:

  1. Check: Please check whether the product is in good condition or not once the item arrives. Please immediately contact us if you find any damage of the package (Especially the traces of foam plastic box being squeezed, or the bubble bag package is torn and glued with adhesive tape), damage of screen(obviously cracked) or missing items. Please shoot an unpacking video and provide clear photos that could show the actual situation. Your photos and videos will be checked and a work order document will be applied for your compensation from logistics.
  2. Test:The LCD screen must be tested before installation. (Only link the LCD to the motherboard for testing). Do not install the LCD screen before testing. Or warranty service will not be provided. All the screens are tested well one by one before sending. Please retest it and make sure the flex cable is connected well if the screen is not working or does not work well.
  3. Contact: If you meet any problem with the product during the test, you must provide real photos, videos and other evidence, especially our label/seal/stamp to prove that you purchased the product and the product is ours. Then we will check for you and offer you solution.
  4. Install:
  1. Please be gentle and careful during installation. LCD screen is fragile and easy to broken.
  2. If you have no experience of installing LCD,you’d better go to the repair store and let repairman to fix it. Or you can search for some professional videos from repair store channel online.
  3. Please remove the battery before installation. Don't pull on IC which located on the flex cable. Please do not press the screen too hard or pull the flex cable too hard because these behaviors will damage the screen.
  4. Please keep the screen and your mobile phone motherboard clean during installation. Dust and dirt may also affect the sensitivity of screen touch function.
