As the only BIA solution, the seca mBCA 514 is validated against whole-body MRIs (skeletal muscle mass) and 4C model (fat mass) and its high accuracy has been proven in peer-reviewed studies. Measurement results are clearly prepared and provide an immediate overview of the distribution of muscles, fat and water in the body. The fixed hand-held electrodes enable reproducible and precise measurements in daily practice and clinical operation.

The seca mBCA 514 is a medical Body Composition Analyzer, which is ideally adapted to the working conditions in hospitals and medical practices. After all, in order to obtain a truly meaningful Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA), we need to look beyond the many technical requirements. A faster and simpler way to ascertain body composition, e.g., body fat and water, also has to be ensured.
