Work program:

1. Initial power-on:

A. Water level controller: when the water level is low, the water valve will be activated until the water level is high;

B. System balance: When the water level is high, open the hot valve to balance the system pressure; otherwise, fill up the water first.


2. Pre-cooling:

A: Turn on the compressor: the first power-on delay is 30 seconds;

B: Turn on the fan: The fan is turned on and off according to the tube temperature; tube temperature>=27°on, <26°off;


3. Ice making: 30 seconds after the compressor is turned on, ice making starts. At this time: the compressor is on; the water pump is on; the fan is switched on and off according to the tube temperature; the thermal valve is off.


4. Deicing:

1. After 5 minutes of ice making work, check the ice thickness switch, if it is thick enough or the ice making work exceeds 40 minutes, it will enter the deicing process;

2. When deicing; the compressor is on; the water pump is off; the heat valve is on; the fan is off.

3. End of de-icing: When it is detected that the end of de-icing switch is turned on and reset, the de-icing is over and enter the next round of ice making;


5. Shutdown when the ice is full: If the deicing end switch is turned on for more than 30 seconds, the ice is considered full and enters the shutdown state until the ice is restarted, and the next cycle of ice making
