If you want a DIY refrigerator, it is the key to choose the right incubator. A regular model 12706 can cool down 8L (5°C or less in half an hour).

Why use a foam box DIY refrigerator?

It must be kept warm, the effect is good, some buyers use cardboard boxes, the effect will be a lot worse, and some sellers use acrylic, the effect is worse than this several streets! Affordable, good results! Insulation foam box preferred ~~~

Precautions:

1. The hot end of the cooling sheet must be well-dissipated. If the heat is not good, not only the temperature will not be too low, but also it is easy to burn the cooling sheet (take the cooling sheet without heat to directly electrify, and definitely burn in one minute)!

2. The water cycle must be done, and then work on the cooling film!

3. Can not be used as an air conditioner, be sure to understand the law of conservation of energy!


Cold end does not frost common problem:

1. The ambient temperature is required to be low, and the general frosting environment temperature is below 33 degrees.

2. It is related to your power supply. If you choose a 12706 cooling chip (12V 6A), it is best to use 12V 6A or above (except for the individual power supplies).

3. The cooling space should not be too large, and the sealing should be good. A small incubator is suitable.

4. The heat dissipation of the cooling fins should be good. The thermal grease should be evenly applied (coated on all four sides), and the large fan should be blown against the heat sink (do not use the air inlet to suck the heat sink).

5. The cold end fan should not be opened, so the air flow is large, and the cold end temperature must not be too low. This is the reason why others do not send the cold end fan, but if the cold end fan is turned on in the sealed small space, the effect will come out. The whole space is cold!
