The OLFA Mat Cutter is a uniquely designed tool that takes all the work out of cutting rectangular openings for picture and photograph framing. Perfect for cutting picture frame mounts from matting board at 45 degrees oblique angle. Package includes *1 spare blade.

1.With anti-slip adhensive rubber pads for cutting guide.
2.First, draw outline in pencil. Either face or back mat can be cut.Place "MC-45" in position and slide blade out slightly. DO NOT make an initial deep cut. Move "MC-45" from side to side several times, increasing depth of cut with each stroke gradually.
3.Over cut corners slightly to obtain neat corners.
4.Use OLFA refill blades "MCB-1"
