The main bodies of the products are made by pulling and stretching technology. The multi-safety pressure cooker, with thin sidewall and thick base, ensures fast, even heating and no bottom burning. It is Strong durable and elegant designed.
-
The silicon sealing ring seals well, makes it easy to open and close lid.
-
Multi-Safety devices.
-
Safety device in the lid and cooker handles. When the lid handle does not coincide fully with cooker handle, the safety switch prevents the interlock going up which cause steam to leak and no pressure to be built up inside. When the pressure is over 5 KPa in the cooler, the safety device switch prevents the interlock going down so that handles cannot be rotated and the lid cannot be opened. This safety device, working with the interlock, ensures safe opening and closing which avoids the possibility of wrong handling.
-
The block-proof cover. The block-proof cover under the vent pipe prevents the vent pipe from being blocked and improves the cooker's safety.
-
Spring safety valve. Safety valve will release pressure automatically in case that the vent pipe is blocked and high pressure is built up inside.
-
A safety window at the edge of the cover. When the above safety device are all blocked and the inside pressure surpass safety level, the sealing ring will pop out of the safety window, thus, pressure will be released. With such device, Pressure cookers reduce possible dangers.

How to use the pressure cookers (warning instructions)
Please read these instructions carefully and familiarize yourself with your new pressure cooker before using for the first time
-
Apply some cooking oil to the sealing ring and surrounding slide openings-----this eases the opening and closing of the cooker. (Fig 1&2)
-
Before every use, open the lid of block-proof and check carefully in the ligth to ensure that there are no blockages of the vent pipe and that the block-proof, interlock assembly and safety valve are clean. If there is any blockages found, clear it immediately.
-
Do not fill up the pressure cooker above 3/4 of its full capacity, (Fig3) not above 2/3 when cooking rice, (Fig4) lower than half when cooking such expandable ingredients as porridge, soup, milk, soybean, corn and alga. (Fig 5)
-
To close the lid----make sure that the arrowhead on the lid coincides fully with the arrowhead on the cooker handle----rotate the handle clockwise until it aligns with the cooker handle. (Fig6&7) For the newly bought Pressure Cooker, press the lid with left hand, rotate the handles strongly a few times with rigth hand to ensure proper use.
-
Place the pressure regulator onto the vent pipe when regular steam escapes from the vent pipe and the vent next to the handle. (Fig8) During the steaming session, the Pressure indicator will rise and seal automatically. (Fig9) Reduce the heat immediately once steam escapes at regular intervals; keep that state until the food is well done. (Fig10)" Refer to reference table of cooking times for different kinds of foods."
-
Remove the pressure the pressure cooker from the source of heat; cool down before? opening the lid. There are two ways of cooling:
-
Cooling slowly under natural ambient temperature.
-
Forced cooling by cold water. (Fig 11)
-
-
Remove the pressure regulator before opening the lid: wait until all steam has been released from the vent pipe. When the pressure indicator has returned to its housing, rotate the lid handle counter-clockwise until the arrowhead on the lid aligns with the arrowhead on the cooker handle, and the open the lid. (Fig12).Note: while rotating the lid handles upward, but turn it at a level. This will ensure the handles not be damaged.
Note:
A. It is normal that the interlock will rise and seal after the pressure cooker has been heated for a long time without the pressure regulator being used.
B. The pressure cooker can only be heated when the lid and cooker handless are completely, aligned, otherwise handles would be burned or damaged.
C. Warming to different heat sources:
a: Instruction are applicable when using gas or oil stove. Strong fire is not allowed.
b: The rate of the electric stove used must not be over.
