1. When boiling water, the amount of water filled should not exceed the spout of the kettle, that is, it should be placed under the water outlet. If the water is filled too much, it will not make a sound and may overflow, causing danger. At the same time, it is recommended that the water content should not be less than half of the pot body to ensure that sufficient pressure can be generated inside the pot when the water is boiling, triggering the sound device to produce a sound effect. If the water level is normal and the kettle does not sound, you can press the spout sound device and test again.
2. Do not cook at high heat, control the flame inside the pot bottom to avoid flames burning onto the handle and nozzle cover, which may cause damage to the handle and nozzle cover.
