Q : How long is the delivery?
A : We usually ship out your order within 48 hours except weekends, and it will reach to you after 1-2 weeks via secure Global Shipping.

Q : Is Cash On Delivery available?
A : Currently, we don't have Cash On Delivery option. Whatever payment methods you see in the checkout are your choices.

Q : Is product warranty available?
A : Makers / Brands warranty is attached with the certain category products, but they usually support warranty only for domestic (Japan) buyers, not for overseas buyers.
