There are two ways in keeping warm:

After you have selected the desired function, it will automatically jump to the default Keep Warm for 6 hours at 60 degree

After you selected desired function, then followed by the “Keep Warm” button. Through this way you will have an option to select the selected Keep Warm temperature (11 temperature options to choose from). In terms of process, it will first boil based on your selected desired function, the followed by the selected Keep Warm temperature (that you chose from the 11 temperature options) for 6 hours.
