In general, supplements are to be stored below 30°C in a cool, dry place. Products in the form of gelatine capsules, gummies and liquid are not under warranty by the Shipping Partner. In the event of broken product due to courier negligence such as melted capsule (due to hot weather) and leaked liquid, the lost should be borne by customer.
