BEFORE FIRST USE

#1 Wash the pan in warm soapy water

#2 Boil water(half the wok) for 5-10 minutes.

#3 Pour out the water and wipe the surface.

#4 Put 1-2 spoon of cooking oil on the surface.

#5 Wash with clean water before next use.

IMPORTANT CARE AND CLEANING GUIDES

#1 - Never clean the wok with strong acid or alkaline

#2 - Avoid scrubbing the wok surface with steel wool pad as this will damage the wok surface seal

#3 - Wipe using sponge or soft cloth

#4 - Use nylon or wooden utensils in order not to damage the surface seal

#5 - Never heat up an empty wok especially with induction hobs. (Critical Temperatures can be reached very quicky. Overheating can lead to discoloration, affect non stick effect, blistering & separation of the coating.)
