About update frequency

The sensor is unable to set the frequency of updating report data.
The sensor is unable to set an alarm. The alarm function is set on the application.

The correct selection and use of batteries
1. Only LR03-1.5V alkaline batteries can be used (1.2V rechargeable batteries may cause the device to detect incorrect and report low )
Unable to mix batteries of different models or brands.
New and old batteries cannot be mixed.
5. It is recommended to use a lower battery.
Other: 1. Configuration failed; 2. The battery is consuming too quickly.
How to obtain high-quality batteries? Please purchase at regular supermarkets or chain supermarkets.

About Network Testing
Devices using the internet consume a large amount of electricity. To ensure the lifespan of the battery, the device will stop using the network when no data reporting is required
Therefore, testing the network signals of sensors in the application is meaningless.

Temperature and humidity errors
1. Please note that all temperature and humidity sensors may experience certain errors. The temperature error of the sensor is ± 1 ℃, and the humidity error is ± 5% RH. Any value within this range is normal.
2. We will encounter sensor errors and manufacturing processes, and there may also be some errors between products of the same model.
According to Newton's third law, thermal behavior requires a certain amount of time. The sensor takes 30 minutes or 1 hour to maintain consistency with the room temperature, and the measurement will be accurate.

Historical curves of temperature and humidity
The minimum granularity for historical data (daily charts) is 1 hour, and the minimum granularity for exported data is also 1 hour.
2. The storage time for historical data is 7 days.
The value of historical data is the average. That is to say, the average of the minimum granularity time.

Support for third-party smart speakers

Therefore, applications of third-party smart speakers may not display temperature and humidity correctly.

Trigger mechanism of temperature and humidity during automatic process
We use edge triggers (ET)
That is to say, only when the conditions intersect with the set conditions can the operation be triggered.
A: For example, when the automatically set temperature is greater than 25 ℃, turn on the light.
A. When the temperature rises from below 25 ℃ to 25 ℃, the automatic process can trigger the light to light up.
A. After the automatic process is set, the temperature remains above 25 ℃ and the light is not turned on.
B: For example, when the automatically set temperature is below 20 ℃, turn on the light.
B. When the temperature drops from above 20 ℃ to 20 ℃, the automatic process can trigger the start light.
B. After setting up the automatic process, the temperature remained below 20 ℃ and the light was not turned on.

When does the battery quickly deplete
The correct type of battery was not selected, or a mixed battery was used.
Sensors should be installed in locations with rapid changes in ambient temperature or humidity. In this environment, devices typically start the network to report data.
3. If the sensor is installed in a lowtemperature environment for a long time (such as below 0 ℃), the battery performance will rapidly decline at that temperature.
Sensors are installed in locations with very poor network signals. When the network signal is poor, the device will increase the transmission power of the signal, thereby increasing power consumption.
5. Long term exposure to high humidity can damage the battery and cause battery leakage.
