Terms & Conditions:
1.This is ONE-TIME redemption e-Voucher.
2. e-voucher cannot be shown to the cashier in printed or screenshot form. Only the original web-based evoucher is acceptable.
3. e-Voucher can be redeemed at all PETRONAS service stations, Mesra Shoppe and Mini Mesra nationwide.
4. e-Voucher must be presented at the cashier for redemption verification.
5. Cashier shall need to scan the barcode to proceed with redemption and advise to refresh the eVoucher page to confirm redemption.
6. e-Voucher can be used to redeem any products including fuel and merchandises except DIESEL, NGV, prepaid products and controlled items.
7. No refund shall be made should the amount purchased is lower than the e-Voucher value.
8. e-Voucher is strictly not exchangeable for cash.
9. Mesra points will not be issued for transactions made using e-Voucher.
10. e-Voucher(s) cannot be refund, reissued or extended after expiry.
11. We won't be responsible ("liable") for any lost, stolen, expired & cost if someone claim the voucher due to wrongly insert mobile number.
12. e-Voucher(s) cannot be used on SETEL app.
To Redeem the Voucher:

Open the SMS that includes the voucher URL link and click on it to access the page.

On the page, locate and click the "Issue Coupon" button to activate the voucher. Once activated, the voucher code will be visible below the barcode.

Visit the designated outlet and present the e-voucher to the cashier.
