CALCIUM COMPLEX TABLETS
The Calcium Complex tablets in Multi Pro Plus contain organic* calcium pyruvate and inorganic calcium from calcium carbonate sources. Calcium is necessary for normal bone and tooth structure and is also involved in normal transmission of innervation and contributes to normal muscle function. Calcium-rich foods include dairy products, leafy vegetables, legumes and nuts.
MAGNESIUM+CHELATE CAPSULES
The product contains magnesium from both organic* and inorganic sources, namely magnesium bisglycinate and magnesium oxide. Magnesium is largely stored in the bones and muscles, contributes to normal muscle function
and is involved in the maintenance of normal skeletal structure, and is a cofactor in many enzymatic reactions in the body and helps to reduce fatigue and tiredness. Magnesium-rich foods include nuts, whole grains, fish and seafood, many vegetables, pulses, berries and bananas.
OMEGA-3 SOFT GELATINE CAPSULES
The omega-3 fatty acids are polyunsaturated, of which α-linolenic acid (ALA) is essential for the human body, which cannot synthesise them. Although the human body is able to produce eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) from ALA, their conversion is limited and varies from individual to individual, so supplementing dietary intake may be worthwhile.
Sea fish are a uniquely rich source of omega-3 fatty acids, as are eggs, meats, milk and flaxseed. Our recommended
daily intake contains 1000 mg of fish oil in soft gelatine capsules, including 300 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, of which 165 mg are EPA and 103 mg are DHA.
LECITHIN SOFT GELATINE CAPSULES
