How To Use:
1. Cut the fruit into small pieces and place them in the cup
2. Add water or milk
3. Double-click the button
4. Turn the cup upside down and shake it gently
Note: It is recommended to put the fruit and drinking water in the juicing position marked on the cup to avoid the juice not being delicate enough or the knife head getting stuck

- Customers have the option to return/refund the product if they are dissatisfied with it or if it has quality issues after 30 days of receiving it, along with images and reasoning.
- Please keep in mind that the goods is not returnable, save for product quality issues such as damage or scratches that do not effect resale value.
- If you encounter a warehouse error or send incomplete product parts, please notify the customer care via live chat, and we will resolve the issue for the customer as quickly as possible.
- If the buyer keeps the device for more than 30 days, Simplus provides a one-year warranty (exchange only, no repair). The customer must be a simplus member and can reach out to customer care via live chat for more details on the Simplus one-year guarantee and scope of use.

- When unboxing the package, customers should photograph the goods to expedite after-sales handling if there is an issue with it.
- The one-year guarantee may only be used once per order.
- If an order is returned for reasons other than product quality, the client is liable for the return shipping expenses.
