A butcher knife or butcher's knife is a knife designed and used primarily for the butchering or dressing of animal carcases. It is used throughout the world in the meat processing trade. The blade works well for splitting, stripping and cutting meat.

- The blade is forged, molded and fine grinding, making it sharp, easy to sharpen and durable. Knife and handle joint are forged from single piece of steel, providing higher safety, stability and eliminate risk of cut.
