JM55-1 Bone Knife 7-1/2"

Products Description:

Chinese knives are sold under three classifications: Slicers, Choppers and Cleavers. The general distinction lies in the thickness of the blade. Choppers are the most common all-purpose Chinese knife. It have thicker blades than slicers but are not as thick and heavy as cleavers. Choppers are used for slicing, chopping and mincing meat and vegetables. It is also suitable for chopping through thin soft bones such as fish and poultry.

  • It is using a quality steel containing carbon, chromium, molybdenum and vanadium. The blade is forged, molded and fine grinding, making it sharp, easy to sharpen and durable.
  • Knife may rust when long keep. Not recommended for user who seldom use.
