Operation steps:
1. Switch the display temperature: press the "+" and "-" keys at the same time for 3-5 seconds, "Fahrenheit" will switch to "Celsius".
2. Initial temperature: Press the "mode" key once; see the middle indicator light turns red, press the "+" and "-" keys to set the initial heating temperature.
3. Maximum temperature: Press the "mode" button for the second time; when the first and second lights turn red, press the "+" and "-" buttons to set the maximum temperature.
4. Maximum heating time: Press the "mode" button for the third time; when the second and third lights turn red, press the "+" and "-" buttons to set the appropriate heating temperature.
5. Processing execution status: press the "mode" button for the fourth time; see that all three lights are off, the machine is ready and can start working.
6. Hot pressing: turn the heating plate to one side, put the object to be heat-transferred on the flat plate, and then put the transfer paper on the object; adjust the pressure knob, hot pressing; turn the heating plate to one side, take out the hot pressing completed object.
Operation suggestion: (the demonstration temperature unit is Fahrenheit, which can be converted to Celsius for reference):
1. Tile: The initial temperature is 230°F, the maximum temperature is 330°F, and the maximum temperature baking time is 40 seconds.
2. Metal plate: the initial temperature is 230°F, the maximum temperature is 300°F, and the maximum temperature baking time is 40 seconds.
3. Cup: initial temperature 230°F, maximum temperature 330°F, maximum temperature baking time 40 seconds.
4. Cloth: initial temperature 335°F, maximum temperature 335°F, 30-50 seconds for purified fiber or chemical fiber-containing material; 10-20 seconds for pure cotton material.
5. Porcelain tray: initial temperature 335℉, maximum temperature 335℉, maximum temperature baking time 150 seconds.
Instructions for use: (the demonstration temperature unit is Fahrenheit, which can be converted to Celsius for reference):
1. The initial temperature should be set between 280℉-380℉; the maximum heating temperature should be set between 200℉-430℉; the timing should be set between 0-999 seconds.
2. When the required working temperature is lower than the initial temperature, you can wait until the temperature is lower than the initial temperature before hot pressing.
Problems and causes of bad images from heat press:
1. Low image color: uneven temperature or pressure, or short hot pressing time;
2. The image is not clear: the temperature is too high or the heating time is too long to cause the ink to spread;
3. The surface is dull: the pressure is too high or the temperature is too high;
4. The image is partially blurred: insufficient or uneven clamping force;
5. The paper is stuck: the temperature is too high or the printing machine is not good.
