Timing setting:
1. When the display is 00:00, short press the [ST/SP] button to start timing
2. Short press the [ST/SP] key during timing to pause/start timing
3. Short press the [CLEAR] key in the pause state to clear
Countdown settings:
1. Short press the [MIN/SEC] key in the state of pause or reset to adjust the countdown time incrementally. After the countdown time is set, short press the [ST/SP] key to start the countdown
2. During the timing process, short press the [ST/SP] button to pause/start the countdown
3. Short press the [CLEAR] key in the pause state to clear
4. After the countdown time reaches 00:00, there will be a 2-minute alarm reminder
