After delivery:

First two weeks of use:
-The seasoning of the frying pan is not yet stable, so the best first dish in the first two weeks is made with oil. Avoid cooking with acidic ingredients, soups, or starchy dishes as these can cause rusting. After the entire inner wall of the pot turns black to the edge, it indicates that it is ready for these cooking.
How to season:
After cooking, wash with water and soap, and dry with a towel. Cook in the fire until it emits smoke, indicating that the remaining water has evaporated. Then wipe with oil before storage.
If seasoned frequently, it will completely turn black from the bottom to the edge. This is the best state of the pot, making it non stick and can be used for centuries.
