We will bake the cake upon order to maintain freshness also base on the courier operation date.
Due to keep the cake in fresh bake and fast sending to customer, we do not send the cake by courier company on weekends and public holidays.
Example if you place order on Friday morning, Saturday and Sunday is public holiday, it continue until Monday, so we will send out the cake on Tuesday.

Please keep in fridge once received parcel (please remove bubble)
When open vacuum pack cheese cake got some watery inside, is normal safe to eat.
Must put in fridge until cake is totally cool at lease 1 hour before eat for better taste.

For better taste eat within 3 days
Keep in fridge in sealed vacuum pack up to 2 weeks.
Keep in frozen in sealed vacuum pack up to 1 month
keep in fridge without vaccum pack up to 1 week.
Defrost atlease 30 min if the cakes is frozen.
