2. Processing of order
Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays). Orders placed after 2 pm will be processed on the next working day.
Please take note that we won’t be able to accept any urgent orders/ designated date delivery and change of flavour/ free gift.
3. Change of Shipping address
Please ensure that you key in the correct delivery address before you checkout as we could not make any changes in the system after the confirmed order. If there is a mistake in the delivery address, please cancel and place a new order.
Please note that an order of untraceable address can risk our delivery team being unable to deliver in a timely and prompt manner.
4. Delivery Policy
Currently, our delivery coverage is only within certain areas in the Klang Valley. Please check the delivery coverage map before you place your order.
We are currently delivering your order by our in-house delivery team, therefore there will not be any tracking numbers available. Our Joy Crew will contact you when he is on the way to deliver your order. Our delivery team specialized in handling frozen products therefore, do not worry as we are currently delivering using refrigerated trucks and if we use a private vehicle, we will ensure that is sufficient insulation and dry ice to keep the ice cream in optimum condition.

TO SHIP : Awaiting Confirmation of orders, Customer can still opt for cancellation
TO RECEIVE : Order Confirmed, Our Joy crew should send you the order within the expected time frame, cancellation of order is not possible.
COMPLETED : Order has reached your address safely, please enjoy the Ice Cream :)
In the event of inaccurate order status, please get in touch with our chat agent and we will assist you with your order.
At the time of delivery, you may be required to check your order by signing-off/ providing your last four digits of IC number to our delivery team. You agree to inspect the product/products for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for received products.
7. Cancellation of Order
We regret to inform you that orders cannot be cancelled once we have processed your order. Kindly ensure you have checked and validated all order details (i.e Recipient name, phone number and address) before you proceed with payment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to product or service availability at your delivery location, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
