Heat resistance: 200℃

1:1 Instruction of use
Testing: Mix A and B components by 20 grams each and stir well to test whether the bubbles can be exhausted within operation time. (Best use vacuum chamber to get rid of bubbles, may put inside fridge for 10 min to get rid of bubbles if there is no vacuum chamber. )

Operation: Stir gently for approximately 1~2 minutes (Do not stir too violently) before pouring.

Operation time: 20 min at room temperature 25℃, full curing time 2-3 hr.
Operation time: 30-60 min at room temperature 20℃ 30-60, complete curing time 3-6 hr.


Cautions:
1. The product is a platinum catalyst, water, impurities, organic tin catalyst, acid, alkali and other organic containing sulfur, phosphorus, nitrogen can affect the curing of the rubber, these substances are not to be mixed or made contact.

*NOTE: Due to density, please refer to the weight. Weight error of ±30g is inevitable due to machine packing.

1:1食品级硅胶材料产品的使用说明：
将A、B组份按各20克混合搅拌均匀，测试操作时间内能不能排完气泡。(使用真空室消泡为最佳，若无真空室可放入冰箱10-15分钟消泡)

操作：灌注前，顺着一个方向慢慢搅拌 1~2分钟（勿过于剧烈搅拌）

在空调下室温25℃下产品操作时间20分钟，完全固化时间2-3小时。
在空调下室温20℃下产品操作时间30-60分钟，完全固化时间3-6小时。


操作时需注意事项：
1、本产品为铂催化剂，水、杂质、有机锡催化剂、酸、碱等其他含硫、磷、氮的有机可影响胶的固化，使用时不能混入或者接触这些物质。

注意：由于密度的关系，请以重量为准。由于机器打包重量误差±30g属于正常
