SHARPENING INTRUCTION FOE STRAIGHT EDGE:
1.SET THE SHARPENING ANGLE BY TURNING TO THE DESIRED . IF FACTORY ANGLE IS UNKNOWN , USE THE ANGLE CHART ON THE INSIDE OF THE INSENT CARD OR FOLLOW SUGGESTED PRINTED ON PRODUCT AND KNOB .
2.PLACE SHARPENER ON A FLAT , STURDY AND INSERT KNIFE INTO THE APPROPRIATED SHARPENING SLOT .
3.WITH THE KNIFE BLADE STRAIGHT UP AND DOWN AND FULLY INSERTED INTO THE SLOT , TLL THE TIP OF THE BLADE SLIGHTLY DOWNWARD AND PULL BLADE THROUGH SLOT FROM HEEL TO TIP USING A SMOOTH , CONSISTENT STROKE AND MODERATE , DOWNWARD PRESSURE . IF YOUR BLADE CURVES UP TO THE TIP , LIFT UP ON THE HADLE OFTHE KNIFE AS YOU APPROACH THIS PORTION OF THE BLADE TO SHARPEN ALL THE WAY OUT TO THE TIP .

锐化说明 FOE STRAIGHT EDGE:
1.通过转向所需的角度来设置锐化角度。如果不知道出厂角度,请使用随附卡内侧的角度表或按照印在产品和旋钮上的建议进行操作。
