*Instructions : Before use

1.Clean the Pan.

(When the pot is left at the factory, there will be some residual industrial oil stains)

Fill sink with hot, soapy water.Scrub the inside and outside of Pan with a sponge by using vinegar or dish detergent.

Rinse the pan completely.Dry wok with a clean, dry towel.Place on stove top over medium-high heat to completely

dry the pan and evaporate any leftover water.

2.Season the Pan

Place on stove top over medium-high heat to completely dry the wok and evaporate any leftover water.

Add in 2-3 table spoons of cooking oil in the pan

Spread the oil and cover the entire cooking surface of the pan.

Continue doing this for about 10 minutes over medium heat. NOTE: Extra attention needed! If you notice the oil becoming too dry or are starting to burn, add in more oil.

After 10 minutes, clean/dump the oil, and let the Pan cool down.

Rinse with hot water, and use a sponge to remove any excess oil.

Last step, place wok back on stove top over high heat to completely dry and evaporate all water.

ATTENTION:

-NOT recommended to use a steel ball to brush the pot.

-Even non stick wok also MUST put oil

-DON'T heat the wok under high volume fire/heat, as 304 stainless steel pass the heat to the wok/pan easily.

*Notes:

1. Due to the different monitor and light effect, the actual color of the item might be slightly different from the color which is showed on the pictures.

2. Please forgive slight measuring deviation due to manual measurement.

3. We check and make sure every item is in good functional condition before we ship out.

4. Please forgive minor scratches on products as it is inevitable. Buy only if you can accept.

5. If there is any defect with the products (totally new product, before customer usage), please contact with us within 2 days after received the products.

Any report/complain after 2 days will not be served.

6. No warranty. (Note: Warranty card in the box is not applicable in our store)
