DESCRIPTIONS :






- Non coated pot, no inner screw in wok and non stick

- Suitable to be use on gas, electric, induction and ceramic cooker

- Ideal for serving 5-8 persons (40cm), and 3-5 persons (36cm)






(First use)





- Fill 2/3 of the new pot with water and 5-10 drops vinegar, boil it for 10-15 mins.

- Pour away the boiling water and leave the pot to dry.

- Continue by pouring in a small amount of cooking oil in a hot wok for 30-40 seconds over a high temperature to achieve a non stick effect.


(After each use)

- To protect the inner surface, please do not use any strong cleaning detergent and wired sponge.



IMPORTANT NOTE :


Do not overheat the wok as it may cause damages on the outer surface of the wok.
