- Hard Anodized cookware allows heat to spread quickly and evenly across the bottom and up the sides of the pot.

- The bowl shapped wok makes stir frying easy without flipping ingredients out of the pan.

- It takes very little oil to fry foods since there is less surface space to cover in a wok.

Precaution

- Avoid using utensils with sharp edge.

- The product is heat-efficient, so it will be sufficient to cook at a low to medium heat.

- Preheat the product for one or two minutestor an even distribution of heat in the pan before placing food.

- When using cooking-stove, make sure that the size of hotplate and cookware to be similar to avoid over-heating

- Do not place large amount of food at once as it will stick to the product due to the sharp decrease of the product and oil temperature.
