1. What does the warranty entail?

This model has one-year warranty and it comes with outdoor service as well. Within a year, if you face any problem with the product, you may contact the nearest service centre and our technician will come over to your place to fix the issue.

9. If there is damage upon receiving your product, kindly notify us with photo/video proof and we will assist with replacing your item.

10. If your box is damaged upon receiving, kindly show us with photo proof and we will compensate a voucher at our discretion.

11. Do note that order cancellation/change of address is only permitted BEFORE your order is processed by us. Orders that have been processed and provided with a tracking number will not be entertained.
