Can be machine washed or hand washed, but because of the poor elasticity of the fiber, it is best to wash lightly or do not use vigorous hand washing, so as not to change the shape, affecting the size.

When washing with detergent, it is best to wash with cold water to keep the original color. Close to the fabric part of the hot water should not be soaked, so as not to make the sweat stains in the protein coagulation and adherence to the fabric, and there will be yellow sweat spots.

Will be dark-colored and light-colored fabrics wash separately; soak time is not too long, to avoid fading.

Dehydration should be quickly leveled after hanging dry to reduce wrinkles; should be in a ventilated cool place, so as to avoid exposure to sunlight, so that the colored fabrics faded; drying in the sun, will be inside facing out.
