How long will my order take to arrive?

Return & Refunds

What is you online return(s) policy?

Returns are accepted if returned within 14 days of receipt. Only items that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in sellable condition can be returned. Please note the due to hygiene purpose, we do not accept used cosmetic(s) & skin care product(s) to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Any accompanying tags must be intact and in original packaging. Please be informed that in-store purchases are not eligible for returns.

How do I return/exchange my order?

To return a purchase made through the website, mobile or app, you can make your own arrangements through any assigned nearest drop-off carrier to our returns centre.
