New pan tips:
1. Seasoning: Rinse with water, dry with a rag, coat the interior with a thin layer of cooking oil and let sit for 2 hours before using. Maintain regularly.
2. Cooking over medium-low heat: The heat conductivity is good, so use medium-low heat to avoid burning the handle.
3. Appropriate tools: Use a silicone or wooden spatula, avoid metal utensils to prevent damage.
