Temperature of use
All our sleeping bags display temperature ratings tested by an independent laboratory (AITEX) according to European standard EN 13537 11/04/2002. The ideal temperature is the lower limit temperature at which the user of the sleeping bag in a relaxed position is generally in thermal equilibrium and feels neither cold nor hot (determined for a standard woman and under normal conditions of use). Choose your sleeping bag accordingly.

The comfort limit temperature is the temperature limit at which the user of the sleeping bag in a huddled position is generally in thermal equilibrium and feels neither cold nor hot (determined for a standard man and under normal conditions of use).
What you need to know about temperature
A sleeping bag does not produce heat but retains the heat produced by the body. If you are exhausted and cold and slip into a cold and damp sleeping bag, it is very likely that you will feel cold no matter how good your sleeping bag is! These temperatures therefore depend on a person's resistance to cold (bulk, fatigue, etc.), their gear (insulating mattress, etc.), clothing (naked, underwear, etc.) and the weather conditions (humidity, wind, etc.).
Tips before slipping into your sleeping bag
Dress simply (a single layer of clothing is enough). Keep your extremities warm: hats, gloves, socks, heaters, friction, etc. A flask of hot water can be used as a hot water bottle (if there is no risk of its opening accidentally!). Contract your muscles (70% of the energy consumed is converted into heat) but without making movements that would generate a cold draft. In order to wash your sleeping bag less often, we recommend you use a sleeping bag liner.

Ecodesign
We picked a “dope-dyed" two-tone liner fabric as well as “dope-dyed” threads to reduce this product’s environmental impact. The threads are spun dyed-died during manufacturing which avoids the use of dye baths. One of the woven threads is spun-dyed, the other is not. Below are the results when compared to a classic liner fabric: 65.8 % less fine particles emitted (PM2.5) 65.6 % less fresh water eutrophication 76,7 % less water eutrophication

Storage advice
You can store your sleeping bag by stuffing it into its bag, feet section first. To preserve its loft and ensure its thermal performance, remove it from its bag and store it laid out in a dry place.

This sleeping bag is guaranteed for a period of 5 years as from the date of sale indicated on the receipt. The product covered by the guarantee will be repaired or exchanged free of charge. The guarantee covers sleeping bag defects, excluding those resulting from normal wear and tear and improper use. This special 5-year guarantee will only be granted upon presentation of the product and the sales receipt.
