- For attaching any Canon EF / EF-S mount lens to the Canon RF mount mirrorless camera body
-This JJC auto focus lens mount adapter allows a EF or EF-S mount DSLR lens from both Canon brand and third party brands such as Sigma, Tamron and Tokina to be used on a Canon RF mount full frame mirrorless camera. Electronic communication between an attached camera and lens is supported, enabling auto focus as well as auto exposure features. If an attached lens is capable of generating Exif metadata, this adapter is designed to transfer that information so that it can be saved with image files generated by the combined Canon EF or EF-S mount lens and Canon-RF mount camera.
【Precautions】
- When the following Tamron lenses are used on the EOS R5 and R6 cameras through the adapter ring, an incompatibility error will appear. This is also the case with the original Canon EF-EOS R adapter ring.
- The conditions for error reporting are different for each model. Generally speaking, it is more likely to occur under the settings of high-speed continuous shooting, small aperture, and high-speed shutter.
- When an error occurs, try changing the camera settings as follows:
1. Set the drive mode to "Single Shot"
2. Enlarge the aperture, or reduce the shutter speed
3. Lower ISO
