Care and Maintenance: -
1. Before using for the first time, thoroughly wash the pan with mild detergent and rinse with warm water and wipe dry.
2. Even though this is a non-stick pan, always grease the pan with butter and flour with flour before pouring batter for easier removal after baking.
3. After removing the cake, always wash the pan thoroughly, no soaking is required as this is a non-stick pan. Wipe dry with clean cloth.
4. To ensure that the pan is completely dry, always warm it in the oven at 180 degree for 10 min before proper storage upon cooling.
