Yuen Fatt Shanghai Mooncakes are available in three different flavors, including lotus paste, bean paste, pandan with an optional choice of with/without salted egg yolk. The buttery fragrant crust is crispy and melts instantly in the mouth. The filling is smooth but not overly sweet or greasy. Yuen Fatt Shanghai mooncakes are all sold fresh without any preservatives, hence it is best to consume them within 3-4 days or they must be put into the refrigerator to maintain their freshness after 5 days. Today, it is customary for everyone to choose Yuen Fatt mooncakes as an indispensible delicacy to be given as gifts or presents to their beloved families and friends.
居鑾源發餅家月餅-《金枕頭》
居鑾源發餅家是創建於1989年的老字號。它以外型獨特，顛覆傳統的長條外型，口味與眾不同的上海月餅讓人津津樂道，遠近馳名。
源發上海月餅餅皮細幼酥香，色澤金黃誘人。餅皮厚度適中，餡料飽滿，甜而不膩。因其超群出眾，人稱 它為“金枕頭”，也因它外型中圓兩頭稍尖逗趣，亦被稱為“老鼠月餅”。
此月餅已推出三種口味：即蓮蓉，豆沙及翡翠，並皆含有鹹蛋黃。源發餅家現做現賣，以保持新鮮水平。購買後的月餅若五天內未食用，必須存於冰櫃保鮮。
