Please Note:

1. It is not recommended to use the Tuya cloud computer terminal to log in,

because the tuya smartlife web terminal is only suitable for H264 devices and runs slowly. H265 devices cannot be displayed on the Tuya web side.

2. We have specially developed a computer terminal for this DVR, if you need it, please contact me.

3. It is not recommended to use a camera to connect to the DVR via wireless mode. Because the camera signal is unstable, this causes the DVR to keep restarting.

For IP mode,must make sure your IP camera support Onvif,if not support ONVIF,can not search and connect.

4. If you find that the picture keeps flashing while watching on your mobile phone, please contact us and we will update the firmware for you. Only one Korean customer has been found to experience this type of problem so far.

4. At present, some customers in have responded that the Tuya App cannot be downloaded on the mobile terminal. We recommend using smartlife. They are the same App. If you're worried about not being available on your phone,

We suggest that you try to download and register App Tuya or App Smartlife before purchasing. If you are sure that you cannot register, please don't buy it. If you buy it, the buyer will be responsible for the loss.





Please Note:

1.the Video is 16CH 5M-N.but other channels DVR are almost same parameter like it.

2.It is normal for the sound to resonate because the distance between the sounding device and the listening device is too close. When you put the phone farther away, the resonance phenomenon will not exist.

3.The box of the product has nothing to do with the product itself, because it is a neutral box.

4.Vga connector is not included.

What is coaxial Audio ftion

1.it is a ftion that the coaxial audio camera connect to coaxial DVR only by BNC ,then can transfer sound and can hear sound from smartphone.No need add sound pick up device.

2.you can add one speaker,or add a HDMI monitor which built in speaker,then you can hear sound,

3.you can add a microphone or use smartphone,connect App of the DVR and talk.
