(3). 1 x Internal Ceiling Antenna.


(4). 1 x 5m 3D-FB Cable. (for Internal antenna).

Installation Approaches


1). Fix up outdoor antenna on housetop or outside the window and point it to the signal tower.

2). Connect outdoor antenna to "BTS" port in repeater machine through cable.

3). Plug power adaptor into AC power socket.

4). Please adjust the direction of the outdoor antenna, until the signal booster have a good signal, it is very important.

5). Connect indoor antenna(s) to "MOBILE" port in repeater machine through cable also.

6). Please ensure the outdoor and indoor antennas have distance of 10 meters at least,

with a wall between and not in a same horizontal line.

Note:

a). when outdoor antenna and indoor antenna are separated not enough, then it will be self-oscillation.

your phone will not get any signal.

b). This cell phone signal booster can only make the weak signal stronger, it can't create signal,

that's means it won't give you any help in an area where there is no signal at all.







The following conditions are required for the signal booster to work properly,


1. The frequency of the signal booster needs to match for your mobile phone SIM card.

2. Mobile phone signal strength at outdoor need to achieve -90dbm. (3 bars signal at least)

Working Principle

1. The outdoor antenna captures good outdoor signal from the nearest signal tower.

and delivers it to the signal booster via the Coaxial cable.

2. The signal booster amplifies mobile signal and sends it to the indoor antenna.

3. The indoor antenna rebroadcasts the signal to all indoor mobile devices

4. Your devices get increased cell signal,

then voice and data are fed through the booster and outdoor antenna back to the signal tower.


Common Problems(FAQ)



Question: no signal on the display and phone?


Solution: adjust outdoor antenna, put it at a higher postion and make sure it could receive good signal from base station.


Or please check the freqeuncy of your antenna, if you buy only booster from us.


If the frequency doesn't match to the booster, it could not work either.



Question: the display is blinking and signal light isn't on?


Solution: Also adjust outdoor antennna as above, because blinking means receiving signal is not stable.


Adjust the position and direction of outdoor antenna until it stop blinking.



Queation: the signal is at maximum on booster but the signal on the phone does not improve at all?


Solution: It is what we called "self-oscillation phenomenon".


You need to increase the distance of indoor antenna and outdoor antenna and separae them with a brick wall.


Make sure there is no opening area between them.



Question: The booster works properly but the signal light is not on?


Solution: Maybe the cable is too long for the booster or the connection is not well.


Please make sure all the antenna are connected well and tightly.


It actually doesn't matter too much as long as the device works well.
