Steamdeck OLED is equipped with a larger 7.4 inch, 90Hz, 1000 nit OLED screen, extended battery life, and faster WiFi while retaining all the elements of the current version.
Steam Deck's HDR OLED display screen is designed specifically for gaming from beginning to end, with outstanding contrast, exceptional clarity, and larger graphics. With more colors, pure black, and stunning motion rendering.
The battery life of Steam Deck OLED has been improved by 30-50%. A larger battery is installed in the body, while the OLED display consumes less power.
The improvements compared to the original Steam Deck OLED version are as follows:
·Screen upgrade: The screen is upgraded from LCD to OLED
·Larger screen size: 7.0 feet to 7.4 feet
·Chip upgrade: AMD APU production process upgraded from 7nm to 6nm
·Longer battery life: The 40 Whr battery has been upgraded to 50 Whr battery, and the battery life has been increased from 2-8 hours to 3-12 hours
·Faster game download speed: Upgrade WiFi 5 to WiFi 6E
·Smaller weight and better heat dissipation: 30g lighter than the LCD version (about 5%), updated heat dissipation components, lower body temperature
