Not recommended. When the liquid reaches the maximum freezing point, the liquid will tend to contract & transform into solid term. If the water bottle is left in the freezer for some time, the water bottle might deform or even crack.

Fill the bottle with soapy water & clean it with a soft brush. Rinse with water & drain it downwards. Repeat the cleaning process a few times to ensure the bottle is fully cleaned.

Yes, it is odour-free. If you found any unusual odour after use, you can rinse the water bottle with neutral detergent or soap, drain the water bottle and allow the bottle to air dry
