Warranty Policy:
We will repair or replace it at our discretion.
In the event that your product is no longer available, we reserve the right to replace it with a product of similar value and function in a readily available color.
Proof of purchase is required.
All warranty claims are subject to our final approval; we adhere to the advice of any nationally recognized consumer advocacy organization.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, improper care, or negligence by any party that caused damage to the roller wheels, trolley handle, carry handle, and other parts other than the luggage shell.
For warranty claims:
1) WhatsApp us or email us your order number, details, and the issue you're experiencing.
2) Once confirmed, the faulty product must be delivered to Forest Gang Sdn. Bhd.
3) Delivery costs for warranty claims, returns, or repairs are covered by the customer.
4) A printed invoice will be required as proof of purchase.
**Warranty claims that do not fulfill the steps above will not be processed due to missing information.
