The X5000 is certified to EN12492:2012 Helmets for Mountaineers and certified to EN397 and is designed to be used for working at height and rescue as well as for general industrial use.
Note that X5000 is either in EN12492 mode or in EN397 mode but cannot meet both EN standards simultaneously.
