Warranty Policy:
This is an exceptional 100 years warranty that provides you with an exceptional protection.
Our 100% Polypropylene shell warranty covers shell breakage during the first hundred years from the date of purchase regardless of the cause.
We will repair or replace at our discretion.
In the event that your product is no longer available, we reserved the right to replace it with product of similar value and function in readily available color.
Proof of purchase is required.
All warranty claims are subjected to our final approval, we follow the advice of any nationally recognized consumer advocacy organization.
This warranty does not cover normal wear & tear, and accident, improper care and negligence by any party that caused damages to the roller wheels, trolley handle, carry handle and other parts other than the luggage shell.
For warranty claims:
1)Whatapps us or email us your order number, your details, and your problem
2)Once confirm, faulty product must be delivery to Forest Gang Sdn. Bhd.
3)Delivery costs for warranty claim / return / repair covered by customer.
4)Printed invoice will be required as proof of purchase.
**Warranty claims which do not fulfill the steps above will not be processed due to missing information.
