How to Use:

1. Preparation:

Wrap the cuff securely around the upper arm of your left hand, aligning it with your heart.

2. Measuring:

Press the memory button (note icon) to review previous measurement results.


Reading Guidelines:

 Systolic Pressure: Measures the force your heart exerts on the walls of your arteries each time it beats.

 Diastolic Pressure: Measures the force your heart exerts on the walls of your arteries in between beats.

 Pulse Rate: The number of heartbeats per minute.
