  • Suitable cup diameter: 72/76/90/95mm Diameter, Max 180mm Tall. It can be used to seal plastic cups and paper cups.
  • Quick sealing: You can seal 300-500 cups per hour , saving your time and improving your work efficiency.
  • Thickened steel plate: The fuselage is not easy to deform.
  • Not taking too much space: It's small and doesn't take up too much space for you. It's suitable for bakeries, cafes, drinks shops and breakfast shops.
  • Operation: Preheat for 2 minutes. When the indicator light changes from green to yellow, the cup can be sealed. If your sealing film is made of PP, the proper temperature is 160 ℃. After sealing the cup, don't keep pressing.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Notes:

Please check the diameter and height of your cup before you buy it, so as not to waste your time. Sealing film is not included.

Note:

1. Turn on the switch, preheat for2 minutes, and then seal the cup when theorange lightis on.

2. After sealing, do not press too long, otherwise the sealing film will have the smell of burning.

3. For PP sealing film, the suitable temperature is160 ℃.

Possible problems and Solutions

The cup is not sealed tightly:

1. The heating plate is too dirty

2. The preheating time is not enough, and the orange light is not on before sealing.

3 .The temperature is too low.

The film have the smell of burning

The temperature is too high.
