Description:


PTFE (TEFLON) Fabric combined with specially formulated high level of PTFE content to produce super smooth, high-gloss surface coating.


Inaddition to providing the properties of excellent release, abrasion resistance, low friction and chemical resistance, these fabric are dimensionally stable from -170°C to 260°C.


Because of their non-toxic, odorless and tasteless qualities they have been approved by the FDA for food processing, packagin and handling.


Properties:


-Superior non-stick surface, easy to clean


-Very low coefficient of friction


-Outstanding temperature resistance ( -170°C to 260°C )


-Non-toxic and compliant for food application


-Stong resistance to all chemical (exept for molten alkaline metals and certain highly reactive flurinated agaents)


-excellent dimensional stability and strong tensile strength due to glass fabrics


-good flexibility


-High electrical insulating power, strong resistance to electic arc


-resistance to microwaves, UVs and IRs and HF
