1. How long does it take to deliver the order?
After receiving the order, we will send it out within 48 hours. It shall arrive within 1 - 2 days if your location is in West Malaysia.

- Please allow 1-3cm errors due to manual measurement, a slight error is unavoidable.
- Due to the difference between different monitors, the picture may not reflect the actual color of the item.
- Handmade products (exp: ceramic products) will inevitably have some small black spots or slight differences in colour, not affecting the normal usage.
- We make an effort to check and make sure that your item is in good condition before we pack & deliver. All goods sold and sent are not refundable, returnable or exchangeable due to change of mind or wrongly ordered.
- It is advisable to record your unboxing video for a smooth refund or return process in case there are defective products.
- If product received is damaged, please contact us immediately along with the product photo & waybill. We will try our best to solve the issue.
