Made of tungsten steel blade at the first stage and whetstone ceramic at the second stage.
These 2 materials are specifically selected to provide efficient and high-quality knife sharpening.
Designed for coarse and fine sharpening.
The course grinder removes steel from blades to resharpen the edge.
Fine grinder is for knife maintenance.
Pull the blade with some force through from its base to its tip 3 to 6 times.
Then finish the task by running the blade through the fine grinder 1 to 2 times.
Handle design provides secure and comfortable grip.
Extremely handy and comfortable even for usage over an extended period of time.
Care Instructions:-
Wash with dish detergent before first use.
Wash with soft side of the sponge.
Do not use scrub, brush or polishing powder.
Rinse or wash immediately after use.
Wipe dry before storing in safe dry place.
Prolonged contact with acidic substances and salt may cause pitting and staining.
