退货退款条例须知:
Return & Refund Policy:
凡是有质量问题的货品本店一律负责到底,但因为颜色不喜欢,对货品不满意,或买错了产品,等问题要求退款换货的,一律本店不接受。
We will be responsible product with quality problems, but not accept return or refund because of dislike color, dissatisfaction with product or purchased wrong product.
若货品在保家期内,可到附件的服务中心索赔保修。若要本店帮助索赔保修,买家自己需承担运输费。
If product are within warranty period, buyer can visit nearest service center to claim warranty. If want seller helps to claim warranty , buyer have to bear shipping cost.
若买家要退货需要把货品完整归还及在不影响本店再次销售的情况下,本店才可以接受。
If buyer want to return product , need return product in complete set and without affecting second resale.
若本店与买家已达成退款和退货的协议,卖家有权要求买家将产品完整地退回给卖家
If seller and buyer reach a return & refund agreement, seller has the right to require buyer to return product in complete set to seller.
