??How to achieve physical non-stick without coating???
1) Put cooking oil FIRST, and turn on fire. NEVER pre-heat wok or dry up water with fire. Wipe with kitchen towel instead, to make sure wok and cooking oil can be heated together
2) Once the cooking oil is fully heated, turn down fire level to LOW (or lowest if fry egg/fish/small portion)
3) Put in ingredient and let it fry/stir fry. Can observe and adjust fire level to medium if portion is large.
4) Use turner to slightly scoop and the the food will not stick
??If the food stick, usually because pre-heat wok or use too high fire level to cook
??Kindly put cooking oil to cook to achieve physical non-stick

1) 首先放入食用油,并开火。切勿先热锅或用火烘干水分,而是用厨房纸巾擦拭,确保锅和食用油能一起加热。
